Financing can make a considerable difference in the ability to purchase or
sell. Therefore my in-depth knowledge in mortgages, portfolio lenders,

interest only loans, government insured financing, VA, FHA, creative
financing and 1031 exchanges, allows me to sell more homes!
Financing is an integral part of real estate and with the right type of
loan, a client doesn’t loose thousands by making a mistake and a Seller is
enabled to consummate a sale to a buyer who otherwise seemed to be
unqualified.
Having first hand knowledge of the area is critical to your success as
both a Buyer and Seller. Being raised in Seminole, a suburb of St.
Petersburg, gives me that advantage. Knowing the ins and outs of the
waterways is also an essential part of real estate. Where is the deep
water? Are there any bridges to cross? How long does it take to get to the
Gulf of Mexico? (we don’t call it the ocean) Are there any no wake zones?
Does it flood? Can I walk to the sand on the Beach? What restrictions do I
have? It’s rare but where you stump me with a question I am on a mission
to find out the answer.
I live, work and play in Seminole. Located in the Tampa Bay area, Seminole
is geographically located on the west side of St. Petersburg abutting the intracoastal waterfront.
Seminole is
joined to the north
by Clearwater and
Largo, to the south by South
Pasadena, the Jungle area, and Gulfport. To the east lies the Bayou Club,
St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, and
Kenneth City. The beautiful Gulf Beaches adjoin Seminole by the
intracoastal waterway. The waterfront communities and Beaches within 20
minutes are, from the south heading north; Bayway Isles, Isla Del Sol,
Tierra Verde, Pass-A-Grille, Vina Del Mar,
St. Pete Beach, South Causeway Isles,
Yacht Club Estates, Paradise Island,
Treasure Island,
Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, North Redington Beach,
